Lotte Pleging

Lotte Pleging is an experienced professional in sustainability and innovation, currently serving as a Junior Technologie ontwikkelaar at Ennatuurlijk B.V. since February 2021, where responsibilities include researching and implementing innovative ideas for customer connections. Previous roles include a trainee position, focusing on project management and support during the EMS project initiative phase, and a graduate internship at Bright Cape, where research centered on customer behavior in knowledge-intensive service provision. Lotte holds a Master’s degree in Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology, has completed further studies in Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University, and possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Innovation from the same institution.
