Kush Das

Kush Das has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Kush is currently the CEO of Ennoble Care, a company that provides primary, palliative, and hospice care to patients across the east coast. Kush played a key role in developing Ennoble Care's purpose-built electronic medical record system and spearheading their transition to value-based care through CMS's Direct Contracting Model.

Prior to their role at Ennoble Care, Kush co-founded and served as a board member of Penn Ave Health Direct Contracting Entity. Kush also founded and served as the managing partner of Circa Health Capital Partners, focusing on healthcare investments.

Kush's previous experience includes working as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where they specialized in healthcare strategy and payment innovation. Kush led various projects, such as designing innovative payment models, leading claims analytics efforts, coaching health systems on operating transformations, and developing technology platforms to support value-based models. Kush consistently achieved top performance ratings at McKinsey.

Before their consulting career, Kush worked as an attorney in the healthcare practice group at Foley & Lardner LLP, a highly regarded law firm in the healthcare sector. Kush also gained experience in emergency medical services through various agencies. Additionally, Kush worked as a Summer Associate at Yale New Haven Health. Overall, Kush's work experience showcases their expertise in healthcare strategy, value-based care, payment innovation, and legal matters within the healthcare industry.

Kush Das has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The George Washington University. Kush also holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
