Dan Noppinger

Dan joined Ennoble First 7 years ago as the third employee and has quickly progressed to becoming a Director. With over 8 years of government contracting experience, he received his B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University and is an experienced Program Manager & Business Developer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry supporting the Intelligence Community, Dept. of Defense, and Federal Civilian agencies. He currently leads the government programs & services growth portfolio and has a successful track record capturing and executing programs.
