Ryan Stroud

Ryan Stroud, CSSMBB, currently serves as Vice President of Quality & Operational Excellence at ENNOVI since August 2025. Previously, Ryan held multiple positions at CTS Corporation from August 2018 to August 2025, including Vice President of Global Operations & Quality and Director of Global Quality. Ryan's experience also includes a role as Global Quality & CI Leader at ZF Group from September 2017 to August 2018, and Engineering Manager at Wabash National from August 2016 to September 2017. During a lengthy tenure at TRW from May 2003 to August 2016, Ryan progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming Global Quality Improvement Manager and earning Master Black Belt certification in March 2015. Earlier positions included Principal Engineer, 6Sigma Black Belt, Senior Product Engineer, and other engineering roles. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
