Dhivya R is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at eNoah since December 2023, Dhivya previously held key positions at CavinKare, where responsibilities included leading HR operations, automating HR policies, chairing the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), and enhancing employee engagement strategies.
