August Kjellevold Holm has held a variety of roles since 2014. In that year, they were a Team Member Economy & Finance and Manager of The Oslo tour 2015 for Bindeleddet-NTNU. In 2015, they were a Management Consulting Workshop Intern for Capgemini Consulting, and a Summer Intern for Distribution Innovation. In 2016, they were a Summer Intern for Capgemini Consulting. In 2017, they were a Visiting Associate for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and an Investment Banking Intern for Carnegie Investment Bank. In 2018, they were a Summer Intern - Business Development for Distribution Innovation. From 2019-2022, they were a Consultant and Associate for Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and is currently a Strategy and Business Development Manager for Enode.

August Kjellevold Holm's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2014 to 2019, a visiting undergraduate student at Harvard University from 2016 to 2017 in Artificial Intelligence & Finance, a Senior Petty Officer Second Class from the Royal Norwegian Navy from 2013 to 2014 after a one-year Officer Candidate School, an International Baccalaureate from the United World College Costa Rica from 2011 to 2013, and a first year at Ullern Upper Secondary School from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a First Aid, level 2 (Qualified first aid) certification from the Royal Norwegian Navy in October 2013.
