Jessica Silva

Jessica Silva is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of People at Enode. Previously, Jessica worked as the Director of People at Lokalise, where operations were conducted entirely remote. Prior roles include People & Talent Acquisition Lead and People & Talent Acquisition positions at Codacy, as well as serving as a Technical Recruiter at Robert Walters. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Psychology of the Human Resources, Work, and Organizations from Faculdade de Psicologia da Universidade de Lisboa, which was earned from 2011 to 2016, and participated in the Erasmus Programme in Psychology at Universitat de Barcelona in 2014.
