Sylvain van Ligtenberg is an experienced professional with a diverse background in energy management, project leadership, and voluntary service in maritime rescue. Since October 2012, Sylvain has served as a volunteer and skipper at Koninklijke Nederlandse Redding Maatschappij in Lelystad, overseeing the establishment and development of the station. In their role as Energieregisseur at Gemeente Lelystad, Sylvain facilitates energy transition initiatives for local businesses and acts as an interim project leader for sustainable energy infrastructure at Gemeente Urk. As the director of Enodes, Sylvain specializes in energy management and indoor climate solutions. Additionally, Sylvain contributes as an instructor for Zeezeilers van Marken and coaches organizations on sustainable property practices in cooperation with Provincie Flevoland. With a foundational education in business administration and information technology from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, coupled with experience in various leadership and consultancy roles, Sylvain van Ligtenberg demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability and community service.
