Sahil Dhekale

Sahil Dhekale is an experienced Project and Process Engineer currently working at ENOIA since August 2025. Prior to this role, Sahil served as a Process Engineer at Praj Industries from August 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included executing basic and detailed engineering activities and performing calculations for pump hydraulics and line sizing. Sahil's career also includes a position as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Magnesia Chemicals Inc in July 2021, along with internships at Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, Shree Ram Distillery Plant, and various hands-on training experiences. Sahil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from TKIET and a diploma in Chemical Engineering from PVPIT Budhgaon Sangli. Early education was completed at Yashwantrao Chavan High School in Phaltan.
