Ayon Ahmed Turjo has a diverse range of work experience in the field of project management and software engineering. Ayon Ahmed has served as a Project Lead at Enosis Solutions since 2021. Prior to this, Ayon was a Co-Founder at Your Soft, where they oversaw the operations and management of the healthcare ERP system. At SSL Wireless, they worked as a Senior Project Coordinator, responsible for various projects including government, fintech, VAS, IoT, ML, and corporate projects. Ayon also worked as a Project Lead for Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) at Bangladesh Foundry & Engineering Works Limited (BFEW) and as an Information Technology Project Manager at Aplectrum Solutions Ltd. Ayon Ahmed held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Techstream Solutions and Software Project Manager (ERP) at DIRD Group. In addition, Ayon has experience as an Information Technology Project Manager at Hatim Group Ltd and as a Senior Executive. Ayon Ahmed began their career as a Software Engineer at InfoCrat Soluations Ltd., where they played a role in the development of ERP software.

Ayon Ahmed Turjo completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering from Daffodil International University-DIU in the years 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Govt. Syed Hatem Ali College from 2003 to 2005 to pursue their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science. Ayon Ahmed'ssecondary education in Science was completed at Faridpur Zilla School from 1996 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Agile Product Owner (CAPO) and Certified Agile Scrum Practitioner (CASP) from Learnivo in 2020, Software Project Management from BASIS Institute of Technology & Management (BITM) in 2017, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
