Fazlul Hoque

Fazlul Hoque started their work experience in 2012 as a Teaching Assistant at United International University. In this role, they assisted students during lab classes, reviewed lab tasks, prepared questions for lab exams, and collaborated with lead teachers to address student issues. Fazlul then worked as an Undergraduate Grader, examining and grading weekly assignments and updating grading records from June 2012 to December 2013.

In 2015, Fazlul Hoque joined Enosis Solutions as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Fazlul was responsible for analyzing requirements, evaluating test estimations, and deciding test strategies. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In this position, they contributed to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes. From May 2020 onwards, Fazlul Hoque took on the role of Software Quality Assurance Lead at Enosis Solutions, where they managed a team of over 30 QA Engineers, ensured their career growth, and evaluated their performance regularly.

From 2011 to 2015, Fazlul Hoque studied Computer Science & Engineering at United International University, completing their Bachelor of Science degree.
