Joseph Bisaillon

Joseph Bisaillon has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2011. In 2011, they began working for AT&T Global Services as a Remote Access Services representative. In 2013, they moved to a role as an IT Analyst, also at AT&T Global Services. In 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer at SRA International and an IT Analyst at Accenture. In 2015, they began working as a Software Developer at NRECA. In 2017, they took on roles as a .NET Software Developer at Phacil, Inc. and a Senior Software Developer at FlexShopper. In 2019, they became the CEO of Merlion Solutions, LLC and Co-Founder of eNotaryLog.

Joseph Bisaillon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Management from the University of South Florida. In May 2015, they were certified as an Ethical Hacker by the EC Council.
