Geert Seghers

Geert Seghers is an accomplished director and operational expert with over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles across the chemical and materials industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Milcobel and COO at ENOUGH, Geert focuses on plant management, operational optimization, and change management. Geert has previously held significant positions at Umicore, where responsibilities included full P&L management and the successful integration of a family-owned chemical business, and at Fujifilm Electronic Materials, overseeing quality control, project management, and process optimization. Geert earned a Master's degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering from the University of Antwerp, graduating magna cum laude.
