Collette Bruce

Collette Bruce is a seasoned professional in governance, risk, and compliance, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Governance, Risk & Compliance at Enova by Veolia since February 2025. Previously, Collette led Global Risk & Compliance at Unbabel, overseeing compliance program development, risk management frameworks, and ISO certification projects from September 2022 to January 2025. Collette's earlier experience at PwC Middle East included a Director role from October 2016 to June 2022, where governance frameworks, policies, and risk management initiatives were developed, alongside internal audit solutions. Collette's career in risk assurance began at PwC, serving as a Senior Manager and Risk Assurance Manager in Dubai. Collette holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Strathclyde and is a Chartered Accountant certified by ICAS.
