Ana A. Lebron

Ana A. Lebron possesses extensive experience in site reliability, engineering management, and agile project management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager for Site Reliability, Resiliency and Observability Engineering at Enova International since June 2012, Ana has led teams in the development of CI/CD platforms and improved release processes while actively fostering team growth and advocating for cultural initiatives. Previous roles include managing multi-million dollar software development programs and enhancing customer conversion rates through effective agile practices. Ana's early career includes internships at EADS and Shure Incorporated, focusing on requirements gathering and system validation. Ana holds an MBA in Operations from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Stuttgart, and a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Polytechnic University of Madrid.
