Evelyn Chen

Evelyn Chen is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Enova International since July 2021. Prior to this role, Evelyn worked as an HR Specialist at TTX Company from March 2017 to July 2021, and as an HR Generalist at both DO & CO Group and Restaurant HR Group. At DO & CO Group, Evelyn provided HR support for 200 employees, overseeing onboarding and training processes. While at Restaurant HR Group, Evelyn assisted as a human resources consultant for over 40 restaurant locations across the U.S. Evelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
