Shawn Spears

Shawn Spears SHRM-CP is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at EnovaPremier, LLC since May 2019, Shawn provides strategic advice and consultative solutions on people management, fostering an engaging workplace and positive employee relations. Prior to this, from March 2016 to May 2019, Shawn held the position of Human Resources Generalist at EnovaPremier, where initiatives included the development of the ESTEEM training program and implementation of an Automated Time Off Request Project. Previous experience includes HR Specialist roles at KDMK and Human Resources Generalist at Quad/Graphics, where responsibilities encompassed high-volume recruiting, benefits administration, and employee development. Shawn earned a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management from The University of Toledo.
