Jason Maxwell

Jason Maxwell serves as the Vice President and Chief Litigation, Investigations & Risk Management Counsel at Enovis, having held this position since 2021. Previously, Jason held similar roles at DJO from 2019 to 2020 and at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from 2015 to 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing North American litigation and developing risk mitigation strategies. Prior to these roles, Jason was the Vice President & Associate General Counsel-Litigation at Cardinal Health, leading litigation for a major medical products segment. Jason began a legal career at Higgs Fletcher & Mack, focusing on civil litigation and trial practice. Jason earned a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
