Joshua Kupke currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Strategic AI Program at Houston Christian University and holds the position of Director of R&D Product Development at Enovis. With extensive experience in the orthopedic medical device industry, Joshua previously was the Senior Director of Device Engineering at Colossal Biosciences and Director of Integration Engineering at Smith+Nephew, where oversight of R&D integration activities took place. Prior roles include Director of Product Development for Extremity Orthopedics at both Smith+Nephew and Integra LifeSciences, where multiple product launches were successfully executed. Joshua's earlier experience with Cardinal Health involved management of quality systems and regulatory performance, and leadership roles at Trilliant Surgical focused on engineering and regulatory clearance for new products. Joshua earned an MBA from the University of Houston-Victoria and holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and the University of Texas at Tyler, respectively.
