Nawaz Maditheti

Nawaz Maditheti is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in process engineering and new product development. Currently serving as the Senior Process Engineering Manager at Enovis since March 2021, Nawaz oversees teams focused on NPI Manufacturing Engineering, NPI Operations, and Supplier Development Engineering. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Engineering Manager at Integer Holdings Corporation, where management of an engineering organization with over 30 individuals took place. Nawaz also held key positions at Medtronic, Boston Scientific Corporation, and Hutchinson Technology Incorporated, specializing in manufacturing engineering and process development. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
