Ben Hsia

Ben Hsia is a Senior Manager in Process Engineering at ENOVIX Corporation, with an extensive background in process development and engineering. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Laser Process Development Engineer at ENOVIX and as a Process Development Engineer at SunPower Corporation, where innovative laser processes for solar cell fabrication were developed. Hsia began a career at Intel Corporation, initially as a Process Engineer supporting microchip manufacturing and subsequently rotating through various engineering roles. Early experience includes a research internship at Sandia National Laboratories focused on high aspect ratio x-ray lithography. Hsia holds a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
