Doron Gal

Director, Integration Engineering at Enovix

Dori Gal has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Doron (Dori) is currently serving as the Director of Integration Engineering at ENOVIX Corporation, where they contribute to the development and production of advanced silicon-anode lithium-ion batteries. Prior to this, they founded REEL Solar in 2009 and served as the Chief Technology Officer. At REEL Solar, they played a crucial role in developing a technology for cost-effective large-area electrodeposition of CdTe thin film panels, resulting in the creation of the world's most powerful CdTe solar module. Dori Gal also designed and built R&D labs and facilitated mass production of the technology in China. Before founding REEL Solar, they worked for Intermolecular Inc. as an Application Support Manager and later as a Senior Systems Engineer. In these roles, they led a group focused on developing and delivering combinatorial applications for semiconductor development and contributed to the development of unique R&D product tools, processes, and software. Prior to Intermolecular Inc., Dori Gal worked at KLA-Tencor as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and a Senior Consulting Engineer. In these roles, they managed global accounts and customer engagements, and played a key role in the development and launch of several detection methodologies and yield enhancement methodologies.

Doron (Dori) Gal completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Tel Aviv University from 1989 to 1991. Doron (Dori) then pursued a Ph.D. in Material Science from 1992 to 1999 at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
