Prasad Bolla

Prasad Bolla currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at ENOVIX Corporation since March 2025. Prior to this role, Bolla led Digital Solutions and Programs at AT&S from December 2022 to March 2025, focusing on Industry 4.0 and Automation. At ams OSRAM, from October 2019 to November 2022, Bolla held dual roles as Head of Enterprise Technology Architecture & Innovation and Head of Technology Adoption, driving digital transformation and change management initiatives. Additionally, Bolla worked at OSRAM from January 2016 to September 2019, progressing from Sr. IT Manager to Director of IT. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Sr. Consultant/Product Architect at IBM India/Global Touch Cyber Solutions from April 2009 to November 2011. Bolla holds a General Management Program degree from Cornell University.
