Alexander Novikov

Alexander Novikov has accumulated a wealth of experience in the field of business intelligence and data management. Alexander started their career at COMSTAR as a Senior Manager in Customer Care and later held various positions at MTS Group, including Quality Assurance Project Manager and Product Team Leader. Alexander then moved on to roles at Glispa Global Group, where they worked as Head of Quality Assurance and later as an Associate Director of Operations. Following that, they became the Head of Business Intelligence at Homeday GmbH before transitioning to Head of Data at a Fintech company in stealth mode. Most recently, Alexander has taken on the role of Director of Business Intelligence at Enpal.

Alexander Novikov completed their Master's Degree in Standardization and Certification with specialization in Quality Management at Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (Technical University) from 2003 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in fields such as Machine Learning, DevOps, Lean Technology Strategy, and UX Design from different institutions such as Coursera, DeepLearning.AI, and LinkedIn between 2018 and 2023.
