Lukasz Gadowski is the Founder and CEO of Team Global since January 2008, focusing on sustainable prosperity and value creation through unit economics. As a co-founder and Chairman of Delivery Hero, Gadowski has played a pivotal role in the company's growth since 2010. Additionally, Gadowski holds various leadership positions across multiple organizations, including Chairman of MILES Mobility, Vice Chair of Enpal GmbH and Theion, Vice Chairman of AutoFlight, Chairman of ZAPATA COMPANY, and has invested in Archer and Volocopter GmbH. Gadowski's academic background includes a Diplom in Business from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and an exchange semester in Chemistry, Economics, and Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
