Adam Rich

Adam Rich has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, primarily focusing on solar energy systems. Currently serving as a Sr. Field Applications Engineering Manager at Enphase Energy since April 2020, Adam has held various roles within the company, including managing applications engineering across the Central and Western US regions. Prior to this, Adam worked at Luminalt as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 317 projects, contributing to substantial revenue and capacity in solar and battery systems. Adam's career also includes positions at SunBug Solar, Berkshire Photovoltaic Services, and SunEdison, where responsibilities ranged from project management and photovoltaic system design to technical support. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Franklin & Marshall College.
