Kothandaraman has a long history of success in the tech industry. Badri transformed Cypress Semiconductor Corporation's Data Communications Division from a declining revenue model to one of growth through organic means and acquisition. Badri also successfully acquired the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth IoT Portfolio from Broadcom for $200 million. Under their leadership, the Data Communications Division saw great success, becoming one of the largest divisions at Cypress Semiconductor.
