Duncan MacGregor

Duncan Macgregor serves as the Manager of Field Applications Engineering & Training at Enphase Energy, leading a team of technical engineers across Australia and New Zealand to enhance customer success and drive sales growth in solar and storage solutions. With a strong focus on scaling support operations and fostering cross-functional collaboration, Duncan also has experience as a Senior Product Trainer, delivering training to industry professionals. Prior to Enphase, Duncan worked at Going Solar as a Solar Electrical Designer and Installer, where responsibilities included project management and system design. Additionally, Duncan served as a Renewable Energy Consultant for the Australian Conservation Foundation and held a leadership role at the ATA IPG, contributing to numerous solar renewable energy community projects across Timor Leste and Papua New Guinea. Duncan's educational background includes certifications in renewable energy systems and training, alongside a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing.
