Erika Leal

Erika Leal is a seasoned professional in the field of manufacturing and process engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Enphase Energy since June 2022. With extensive experience at Flex since January 2014 as a Senior Process Engineer, Erika has played a key role in the development of manufacturing processes for electronic products. Previous positions include Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineering Manager at Jabil from October 2010 to February 2014, as well as Manufacturing Engineering Superintendent at Flextronics from November 1999 to July 2011. Erika began her career in process engineering roles at NatSteel Holdings Pte Ltd and Guoxin Lucent Technologies Network Technologies Co., Ltd. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from ITESO and a degree in Business Administration from UTEL Universidad.
