James Robertson

James Robertson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hardware and product development, currently serving as the Director of Hardware & Mechanical and Site Lead at Enphase Energy since May 2023. Previously, James held various leadership roles at Invert Robotics, including Head of Product Development, NZ Manager, CTO, and CEO, contributing to advancements in robotic technology for safer and more efficient crack testing of large stainless steel tanks. With a background in project management at the University of Canterbury, and development management at Powerhouse Ventures Limited, James possesses a strong foundation in engineering, having earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Canterbury. Education was completed at Wellington College.
