Jeremy Sullivan

Jeremy Sullivan is an experienced professional in operations training and management within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Training at Enphase Energy since January 2022, Jeremy leads the organization's initiatives to support sales, design, and installation partners, while fostering a high-performing team and delivering localized content. Prior to this role, Jeremy was with Sunrun from April 2015 to March 2022, holding various positions including Director of Operations Training, where responsibilities included overseeing training, quality assurance, and auditing for field operations. Jeremy also has experience as a Sr. Branch Operations Manager at Sunrun and as a Branch Manager at REC Solar. Earlier career experience includes project management at E2 Solar. Jeremy holds a degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Energy Efficiency and Geography from UC Santa Barbara.
