Mike Labouff

Michael LaBouff currently serves as Vice President of New Products, IT, and Engineering at Enphase Energy, where responsibilities include leading new product development, project management, IT, test engineering, and facilities management since July 2017. Previously, Michael held various senior leadership roles at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation from February 1989 to November 2015, including Sr. Vice President of Customer Experience, procurement, logistics, and engineering, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction improvements and supply chain transformations. Michael's early career included positions at Honeywell and TRW, focusing on high-speed mixed signal ICs and satellite communication IC design. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
