Ryan Stepp

Ryan Stepp is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Since March 2018, Ryan has held various senior sales roles at Enphase Energy, including Senior Sales Director and Sales Director for the West region, alongside previous positions as Area Sales Manager. Prior to this, Ryan served as Director of Channel Partners at Duke Energy Corporation, where a channel partner program for commercial and industrial solar development was created and led. Experience also includes a significant tenure at SunEdison Semiconductor as Sales Director for North America, focusing on channel sales strategy, and earlier roles in business development and sales management across companies such as ClearEdge Power, PropPoint Inc., and Bank of America. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
