Shatruddha Kushwaha

Shatruddha Kushwaha is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in system engineering and technology innovation, currently serving as a Senior Staff System Engineer at Enphase Energy since September 2022. Previously, Shatruddha held the position of Head of Systems for Swap Stations at Sun Mobility, contributing significantly to the company’s growth from May 2017 to July 2022. Shatruddha founded Switch (India) in October 2014, focusing on optimizing energy consumption using AI and machine learning, while earlier career experiences include roles as Design Engineer II and Technical Consultant at Lantiq, and Research and Development Engineer at Innomations. Shatruddha's engineering journey began with undergraduate leadership in robotics and numerous internships, culminating in a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
