Robin Blonk has held a variety of roles in a number of different companies. In 2014, they were a Store Cashier at A.S. Watson Group. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Praeses and Promotion team Event Committee Member at M.B.V. Mebiose, and from 2018 to 2019 they were an Administrative Employee at UMC Utrecht. From 2021 to 2022, they were a PADI Divemaster Internship at Crystal Divers Mauritius and a Research Internship at NIOZ Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research, where they characterized Arctic microbial communities and mined for viral sequences in reconstructed bacterial genomes. Lastly, they are currently a Sales Development Scientist and Sales and Marketing Trainee at ENPICOM BV.
Robin Blonk has a diverse educational background. From 2009 to 2015, they attended Minkema College, where they completed a VWO in Nature & Health / Nature & Technique. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Utrecht University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedische wetenschappen (Biomedical Sciences).
