Bruce Batten

Bruce Batten is an experienced executive with a robust background in operational excellence and lean transformation. Currently serving as the Retired Executive Director and Consultant for Lean Transformation at Enpro since February 2018, Bruce previously held the position of Global Director of the EnPro Manufacturing Learning System, which focuses on integrating employee development with operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Bruce was the Vice President of Global Operations at GGB Bearing Technology, overseeing self-lubricated bearing solutions. Bruce's expertise also includes a tenure as Global Continuous Improvement Consultant at EnPro Industries and Plant Manager at GGB Bearing Technology. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University College of Engineering.
