Alexander Reissner has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Alexander is the Founder and CEO of ENPULSION, a role they have held since February 2016. Prior to that, they worked at FOTEC Forschungs- und Technologietransfer GmbH as the Head of Aerospace Engineering from May 2013 to December 2017. Alexander also served as a Lecturer for Aerothermodynamics at FHWN - University of Applied Sciences Wr. Neustadt from November 2012 to December 2017.

Alexander Reissner's education history includes earning a Dipl.Ing. (MSc) degree in Technical Physics from Technische Universität Wien, which they completed between 2005 and 2010. Following this, they pursued further education at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology from 2011 to 2012 and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Aerospace Engineering. Subsequently, they attended Technische Universität Dresden from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Dr.-Ing. degree in Aerospace Engineering.
