Jordan Lucas - CSM, CSPO

Jordan Lucas has worked in the tech industry since 2009. Jordan began their career at Apple as a Genius Administrator, Family Room Specialist, and Specialist. In 2014, they moved to EffectiveUI as a Project Coordinator. From 2016 to 2018, Jordan worked at Wigwam Creative Inc., NEWMEDIA Denver, and LRXD as a Contract Project Manager, Project Manager, and Contract Project Manager, respectively. In 2018, they founded Lucas Agile Consulting and held the role of Founder/Consultant. Jordan then worked at Wayin as a Project Manager before joining The Warehouse Co. as a Managing Director and Sr. Technical Project Manager. Currently, Jordan is a Product Owner/Manager at Enquire where they lead the full product life cycle for their CRM, marketing automation, and contact center solution product. Jordan works closely with the CTO to develop the product roadmap and has upgraded the team's output by implementing agile processes, resulting in a healthy deployment schedule and transparency of release schedules to better serve internal teams and external clients.

Jordan Lucas holds an Associate's Degree in Business/General from Georgia Military College-Augusta Campus, obtained from 2005 to 2008. In 2016, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, and in 2018, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance.
