Susan Engeman

Susan Engeman has over 25 years of professional experience. Susan began their career in 1993 as a Business Development Manager for France Telecom Multimedia. In 1994, they took on the role of European Trade Specialist for the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade. In 2000, they became President of the French American Chamber of Commerce - Rocky Mountain Chapter (Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming), where they led the transition from an association to a full-fledged chapter and developed membership, organized fundraising and networking events, and managed the board of directors. In 2007, they became the Marketing Director for Gira! Italian Vacation Rentals. In 2010, they took on the role of Client Relations Manager for TopGraph, LLC. In 2013, they became Training Manager for IT Bliss, LLC dba Cividesk, where they created and delivered online training sessions, designed new training curriculum, and promoted online classes to the global CiviCRM community. In 2020, they began their current role as Account Manager for Enquire.

Susan Engeman obtained a B.A. in International Studies and French from the University of Denver, followed by an M.A. in French Literature and Civilization from Penn State University. Susan also attended the Institut catholique de Paris for International/Global Studies. In October 2021, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Power BI from Enquire.
