Hözcet Akay

Hözcet Akay has a strong background in technical support and software application maintenance. They began their career in 2021 as a Software Support Specialist at DURU Bilişim, where they provided technical support to end users and identified recurring issues for development teams. In 2022, Hözcet joined Associazione di Promozione Sociale Erasmusland as a Technical Support Specialist. They then transitioned into their current role as an Application Support Engineer at Enqura Information Technologies, where they focus on conducting regression tests, preparing test plans, and analyzing logs to identify and resolve software issues. Hözcet is committed to continuously improving their skills to ensure timely and error-free completion of projects.

Hözcet Akay completed an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Ankara University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they also obtained an Associate's degree in Public Finance from Trakya University. Additionally, in June 2022, they obtained a certification in Cybersecurity Essentials from Cisco.
