J S Latif has extensive work experience in the finance industry. They started their career at Eltx Imports, where they served as a Finance Analyst and later as a Senior Finance Analyst. During this time, they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation of financial accounts.

They then joined CPT International as an FP&A Manager, where they provided financial modeling and analytical support for commercial decision-making. They also prepared financial models for supplier distribution contracts.

After that, Latif worked at Markdown Investments as an Investments Manager, before moving to ARC Ratings as a Structured Finance Analyst. In this role, they analyzed asset-liability cash flow structures and assigned ratings for various financial products.

Latif then joined Kensington Mortgages as an Associate, focusing on Credit & Funding Analytics. Their responsibilities included managing asset-side warehouse lines, pricing products, and structuring RMBS on the liability side.

Following that, they worked at Paratus AMC as a Capital Markets Manager and at Pepper Money UK as a DCM Structuring professional.

Their most recent roles include working as a Structurer of Mortgage Solutions at Phoenix Group and currently serving as the Vice President of Capital Markets at Enra Specialist Finance.

J S Latif holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from UCL. Additionally, they have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Investments Analysis CFA from Aston Business School. They also obtained certifications in RMBS cash flow modelling and Auto ABS with Residual Value Risk Modelling from Creative Capital Partners in 2019 and 2018 respectively.
