Sara Pallarès

Sara P. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the CEO and Director of Human Resources at Enric Corbera Institute since April 2014. Responsibilities include the creation and implementation of HR policies focused on talent management, legal and administrative management, internal communication, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and psychological contract management. Since March 2021, Sara P. has also been a co-founder of the Fundación Institute of Emotions. Previous roles include HR consultant at MTPLUS FASHION TREND AREA in Barcelona and HR intern at Unilever. Sara P. holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
