Ajay Gaikwad

Ajay Gaikwad has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Ajay is currently employed at Enrich as the Business Head since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Retail Store Manager at Bath & Body Works from December 2021 to August 2022. From July 2015 to December 2021, they were a Retail Store Manager at Kama Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd., where they developed store strategies, trained and mentored staff, and ensured high customer satisfaction. At INTERCRAFT TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED, where they worked from January 2005 to May 2015, they served as a Senior Beauty Advisor. In this role, they managed sales for luxury brands, greeted and assisted customers, recommended products based on their preferences, and ensured proper presentation of products on shelves.

Ajay Gaikwad obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the Welingkar Institute of Management. Ajay attended the institute from 2015 to 2016.
