Keitha Laamanen

Keitha Laamanen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Keitha started their career as a Director of Studies at ISIS Education, where they managed academic programs and teams of teachers. Keitha then worked as a Service Manager at Wall Street Institute, overseeing the implementation of the English Language training program and handling administrative tasks.

In 2011, Keitha joined ExxonMobil as a Strategic Buyer, responsible for procuring services such as HR, payroll, and contract staffing. Keitha managed major contracts and negotiated terms and conditions. After that, they served as a Contracted Buyer at United States Steel Corporation, leading the RFP process and securing agreements for facility services.

Keitha then moved on to H.J. Heinz Company as a Senior Buyer, where they managed the global e-auction process and implemented policies and procedures. Keitha worked with teams to improve the purchasing process for large spends. Keitha continued their career in sourcing management at Alcoa and Arconic, where they held the position of Sourcing Manager.

In 2018, Keitha joined Indovina Associates Architects LLC as a Project Services Manager, overseeing project operations. Currently, they work as the Director of Operations at Enriched Ag.

Keitha Laamanen earned a BABCom degree in French and Taxation from The University of Auckland.
