Program Director at Enriching Lives through Music

Christina Lesicko is an accomplished music education professional with extensive experience in program administration, artistic coordination, and teaching. Currently serving as Program Director and Administrative and Artistic Coordinator at Enriching Lives Through Music since July 2016, Christina assists in various program facets while also teaching small group violin classes. In addition, Christina holds the position of Director at Accordia Music and has entertained as a violist for Holland America Line since May 2011. Previously, as Operations and Production Manager for Awesome Orchestra Collective, responsibilities included administration, bookkeeping, and financial planning. Experience as a Music Associate at San Francisco Conservatory of Music involved teaching and mentoring young students, while teaching and curriculum development took place at Harmony Project. Christina holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Performance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance from Youngstown State University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Literature from Universidad de Guadalajara.

ELM is a full scholarship multi-year program that provides music education, ensemble, and performance opportunities to low-income youth to develop the social, emotional, and academic skills they need to succeed in life.
