Currently, Michael serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Enrichly HR and Founder and Chief Advisor of VISOPT Partners, a business advisory firm focused on SaaS, FinTech, and HR technology companies. Michael has held numerous leadership roles, including CEO of Decusoft, President and COO of PrimePay and SyncHR, and President/GM of Payroll & HR Solutions at NCR Corporation. Notably, Michael co-founded HRinterax, which was acquired by ADP. Michael's educational background includes a BS in Marketing Communications from Southern Connecticut State University.
