Eduardo Moreno Solis has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance. Eduardo then worked at Sitel from 2015 to 2018, first as a Real-Time Analyst and later as a Workforce Coordinator. In 2018, they joined Artexa México as a System Analyst & Software Support, and also took on the role of Advisory Software Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Enroute as a Technical Account Manager, starting in September 2021. Throughout their career, Eduardo has gained experience in customer service, workforce management, software support, and technical account management.

Eduardo Moreno Solis attended Universidad Regiomontana S.C. from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Certificado Avanzado in Excel. Eduardo then enrolled at Universidad TecMilenio in 2013 and is currently pursuing a degree in "Ingeniero en Desarrollo de Software" with a field of study in Programación informática, aplicaciones específicas.

In addition to their formal education, Eduardo has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received a certification in Android & IOS Development from Universidad Tecmilenio. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Innovación y Emprendimiento from the same institution. Eduardo'smost recent certification, Mobile Software Development, was attained in April 2016, also from Universidad Tecmilenio.
