Rodrigo Garduño López

Rodrigo Garduño López has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Rodrigo started their professional journey at SICA-FQ as a Technical Support Technician, where they coordinated and trained a team for software updates, maintenance, and repairs of computers and servers. Rodrigo also provided general assistance to students and professors.

After that, Rodrigo joined CompuCom as a Service Desk Analyst, providing remote English-language support to employees of a US medical services company. Rodrigo handled ticket generation, resolution, follow-up, and escalation, as well as account creation and control on platforms like Active Directory, Outlook, VPN, RSA Token, McAfee, and WYSE Terminals.

Rodrigo then moved on to Softtek, where they worked as a Support Application Analyst for SQL Oracle databases. In this role, they provided application support and worked specifically with Oracle databases.

Next, Rodrigo joined Urban Science as an Associate Developer. During their time there, they contributed to development projects and gained experience in the field of software development.

In 2022, Rodrigo worked at Emergys México as a Data Science Consultant. In this role, they provided consulting services for data science projects.

Currently, Rodrigo is employed at Enroute as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.

Rodrigo Garduño López pursued their Licenciatura in Physics from 2007 to 2016 at UNAM.
