David Criswell

David Criswell, P.E., serves as the Federal Government Business Development Manager at EnSafe since October 2014, where responsibilities include navigating engineering, environmental, health & safety, and information technology services for industry and government clients globally. Previously, from November 2005 to September 2014, David held the position of BRAC Environmental Coordinator at NAVFAC, managing property closures and environmental compliance for various naval installations. Before that, between February 2000 and October 2005, David was the Environmental Restoration Program Manager at SOUTHNAVFAC, overseeing the Navy’s environmental cleanup efforts across multiple states and territories. Early career experience includes roles as an Environmental Engineer and Partner at EnRisk Management Solutions, and as an Environmental Engineer at Tetra Tech EMI, where project management and regulatory support for various military installations were key responsibilities. David holds a B.S. in Urban and Environmental Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer, having earned his degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
