Kevin Gustke has extensive work experience in the field of electrical engineering and signals systems engineering.
Kevin started their career at the United States Air Force in 1999, where they held various roles such as Foreign Command, Control, & Communications (C3) Analyst, Chief, Radio Frequency Test Branch, and Chief, Field Test Support Branch.
In 2007, Gustke joined Harris Corporation as an Analyst, where they researched and modeled GSM mobile station cell selection processes. Kevin also designed and simulated CDMA2000 1x RTT RC3 traffic channel-based mobile station direction finding correlation algorithm. Kevin later took on the role of Analyst/Digital Communications Engineer, where they designed LTE Downlink Channel Scan receiver algorithms.
Gustke continued their career at Harris Corporation (which later merged with L3 Technologies to become L3Harris Technologies) as a Lead Signal Processing Analyst / Geolocation Engineer and later as the Lead Electrical Engineer and Signals System Engineer for 4G LTE Systems. Kevin was responsible for researching and analyzing LTE physical layer & protocol modifications and providing technical oversight and guidance for development, integration, and testing.
In 2023, Gustke joined ENSCO, Inc. as the Chief Technologist, where they continue to contribute their expertise in the field.
Kevin Gustke attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Following that, they pursued higher education at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
